Kobe Beef Recipes

Below you will find 3 kobe recipes that are often found on the appetizer menus of fine US restaurants. If you are looking for Japanese beef recipes please check out our traditional wagyu steak recipes.

These easy beef recipes are best when prepared with wagyu beef. Most grocery stores and butcheries don't sell American kobe beef or Australian wagyu however you can buy wagyu beef online through a gourmet organic beef supplier.
